Penny will guide participants in aligning physical, mental, magnetic, and vital energies to create the right energetic space to build the power, a practice known as Sitting in the Power. The day will also explore Working in the Power, the alignment, activation, and control of energies as they are expressed through different mediumistic states. Participants will explore how the power feels and how it may take different forms depending on the mediumistic state required.
